I promised that later today I would show off the beans I canned. Well here we go. They were a mixture of beans that I grew last year. Hutterite Soup, Climbing French, Montezuma Red, Provider and Jacobs Cattle. I purchased the seeds from Seed Savers Exchange and GrowOrganic.
This was 3 pounds of dried beans, which when re-hydrated and cooked made 12 pints of beans.
